DESCRIZIONE
Santa Margherita: The vineyard, at 490 m asl, is divided into 4 parcels of calcareous-sandy marl, alternating with sand and calcarenites. The Costa Sud and Costa Nord parcels, trained as saplings, have soils rich in chalk and fossils and yield salinity and complexity. The Terrazza and Trefile parcels, trained as saplings on espaliers, have stony clay-limestone soils and yield pulp and acidity.
